Food | Flavors of the World: French Gastronomy: culinary traditions, food language w/ Osato S. & Taryn C.

We will delve into the rich and diverse gastronomy of France, examining its cultural significance and the ways in which culinary traditions have been preserved and passed down through generations. Additionally, we will learn how to correctly pronounce and confidently order a variety of traditional French dishes, enhancing both your appreciation and experience of French cuisine.

Taryn Canini is a first-year behavioral neuroscience and philosophy student at Northeastern University in Boston. She is originally from San Francisco and grew up as a food lover. She speaks English, French, and Spanish and can't wait to get to know you all! Osatohanmwen Oyewole Sado is a first-generation college student. She is a first-year biology student at Northeastern University in Boston and comes from Boston. She speaks English, Edo, and broken English, and she can’t wait to meet you and get to know all of you.
