Join Valeria for a class that focuses on mobility exercises, posture, stretching, and breathing techniques to enhance flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Under her guidance, you’ll explore gentle, effective movements based on proven fitness principles — working at your own pace to suit your body’s needs and abilities.

Valeria is an undergrad at Hunter College, pursuing a Human Biology major and Psychology minor. She is also earning her NASM Personal Training and Nutrition certifications. Valeria is passionate about helping people of all ages improve their daily movement and quality of life, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who wants to feel better, move better, and live more comfortably.
