This session will introduce participants to Arab American Heritage Month by highlighting influential Arab Americans and exploring cultural traditions, music, and shared values such as family, resilience, and community. The structure prioritizes content delivery first, followed by opportunities for discussion and reflection.

Raschel Bailey-Thompson is a social work intern with a background in psychology and experience working with older adults in behavioral health settings. She is passionate about fostering supportive, engaging environments that promote connection, reminiscence, emotional well-being, and meaningful conversation.
