Dr. Gilbert Kunken spent 17 years as the Deputy Regional Administrator for the Federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services NY Regional office, which has oversight responsibility for Medicare & Medicaid serving NY, NJ, and Puerto Rico. He spent 30 years as a commissioned Officer in the US Public Health Service. Dr. Kunken rec'd. His Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University & his MPH from Columbia U. He is currently a Medicare Consultant for the NYC Dept of Aging & a volunteer health insurance counselor for the NJ State Health Insurance Assistance Program
