Wellness | A Good Night's Sleep w/ Dr. Emily F.

Sleep patterns change as we age, but sleep remains important to our well-being. We'll review common issues that interfere with our sleep and some good habits that may help improve the quality of sleep.

Emily Frey is a Geriatric Fellow at NYP-Weill Cornell. She also completed her residency in Internal Medicine at NYP-Weill Cornell. Prior to coming to NYP, she was at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys exploring NYC, reading, going to new restaurants, watching and participating in dance, and SLEEPING!
