Join Anna in this engaging, uplifting program. You'll begin by focusing on winter-specific realities (low light, isolation, disrupted routines, energy dips). As the season shifts, we'll expand into “finding joy” more broadly. We’d talk about joy and what people are actually doing in their lives — books, movies, TV, routines, talking to grandkids — using prompts and “dazzling questions” to keep it engaging and upbeat.
