We will continue our discussions on Senior health with topics such as the science of sleep, improving your sleep quality, and foods that help you sleep better. Foods you should never eat before bed. We will then segue into some topics about how memory works and how to improve your memory.

Allen is a former high school math teacher who enjoys leading virtual classes on a variety of topics.
