Evelyne worked for many years in Montreal, Canada, as a clinical Social Worker. After immigrating to Los Angeles, California, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of Southern California, where she worked for over 25 years in endocrinology, taught in the School of Nursing, and gave national conferences on diabetes care.
Evelyne retired from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she was Director of the Diabetes Education Program in the Division of Endocrinology of UCLA's health system. She is passionate about education to help people stay engaged in their self-health.
