Join Shishir to explore why quality sleep is essential for maintaining memory, energy, and overall health, while addressing common age-related challenges such as insomnia and frequent awakenings. We'll review easy-to-implement habits to enjoy deeper, more restorative sleep to make you feel refreshed when you wake up.

Shishir is a recent graduate of the University of Virginia who is hoping to pursue graduate medical Education. He has clinical experience teaching CPR and First aid for the AHA and is an EMT. He is excited to present a class that empowers others to take action in medical emergencies, as bystanders play a huge role in saving the lives of others.
