As an entrepreneur, Friends of Families, Inc. was birthed in 2012 to offer seniors and families services and resources for building and strengthening relationships. One of the service offerings is coaching and consulting families on advance care planning (ACP). As a certified ACP facilitator, Cassandra design care plans to ensure their health care needs and wishes are honored now and in the future.
