Exercise | Mindful Chair Yoga w/ Barbara G.

Join Barbara for Chair yoga movements done with breath. The class is designed for anyone to participate. No experience is necessary, and modifications will be offered if needed. The goal of the class is to help you relax and enjoy movement!

Barbara started her yoga journey in 2010. She studied and received a 200-hour teaching certificate at Yoga Sutra, NY. She additionally received a 700-hour teaching certificate and a 50-hour Vedic Chanting certificate at The Yoga School, NY.
